Amanda Marasch-Brinkman / Teaching Artist

Amanda Marasch-Brinkman (She/Her/Hers) has studied Musical Theatre, Dance, Acting, and The Alexander Technique, receiving a degree in Musical Theatre from East Carolina University. After more than a decade of working on stage and in the TV/Film industry in New York City, she returned to the Greater Cincinnati area. During her time in NYC, Amanda was fortunate to work on six seasons of Orange is The New Black and many other Netflix and HBO originals. Through the Steinburg Lab at NYU, she has performed and helped develop New Works written by Graduate Students in the prestigious Golberg Department of Dramatic Writing. Currently, Amanda serves on the board of a local theatre organization. She just finished directing her third (local) show, runs musical theatre camps, works as an audition coach, and performs as often as possible. Amanda believes being able to express yourself and using art to communicate is what she would like to share with every student she teaches.
